Geelani demands arrest of Indian soldiers involved in killing
Srinagar, MTT News Desk: The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and the President of Jammu & Kashmir Tahreek e Hurriyat, Syed Ali Shah Geelani has demanded arrest of the paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and police personnel involved in the killing of 118 persons during the last year’s uprising in Occupied State of Jammu & Kashmir (OSJK).
Syed Ali Shah Geelani addressing a gathering at Batamaloo in Srinagar deplored that those involved in the killing of youth were roaming free and innocents who participated in peaceful protests had been put behind the bars. “We have rendered countless sacrifices and the nation needs to show unity and steadfastness,” he said, adding that Pro-India parties were responsible for the sufferings of the Kashmiris.
